How to find your order number

If you’re not sure of your order number, then here are some ways to find it:

  1. In your account page, here. This is the easiest way.
  2. In your email order receipt – search your emails for “TeamUpdraft”
  3. In your PayPal receipt, if you paid by PayPal – not the PayPal transaction ID, but further down, look for the words “Invoice ID: UD-(some numbers)”

If you don’t know your order number, we can usually find it using the email address you used to make the purchase. We can also find it if your site is connected for updates. Just let us know you don’t have it when filling out the support form. Please note that this may delay support, so it’s best to provide the order number if you can.
